Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Analyze complex requirements and translate them into scalable software solutions.
- Develop integrations and support interoperability across diverse systems.
- Troubleshoot and optimize software performance.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and make decisions for the team.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and coordinate project tasks for timely, quality delivery.
- Mentor junior team members and facilitate communication between technical and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience with Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
- Proficiency in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to custom software development.
- Ability to analyze complex system requirements and develop effective software solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and interoperability across diverse systems.
- Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing software for scalability.
- 15 years of full-time education.
