Responsibilities
- Evaluate clients’ digital capabilities and perform feasibility studies.
- Analyze, develop, and optimize customized IT architectures and enterprise solutions.
- Lead small teams and manage small development teams in strategic IT implementation programs.
- Establish modern practices such as DevOps and CI/CD.
- Lead the technical implementation of digital requirements, including cyber resilience.
- Use AI tools on client projects and support clients in building AI capabilities.
- Develop complex business cases and communicate complex technical topics in German and English.
Requirements
- Completed degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related discipline with higher-than-average grades.
- At least four years of relevant IT consulting experience implementing transformation and implementation projects across strategy and operations.
- Experience leading project teams of more than three people.
- Knowledge of machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile practices, AI, and robotics.
- Initial hands-on experience with AI tools and willingness to deepen AI fluency.
- Familiarity with the stages of development for successful IT organizations and IT processes.
- Strong interdisciplinary and global working skills, flexibility, and willingness to travel.
- Ability to understand and communicate complex topics in German and English; French is an advantage.
- Industry knowledge or project experience in banking, insurance, or healthcare is preferred.
