Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable automation frameworks for various systems.
- Develop and maintain automated UI and end-to-end test suites.
- Implement automated tests for APIs and backend services.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Champion quality by improving testing approaches and practices.
- Collaborate with engineers and product managers on testing strategies.
- Share knowledge through mentorship and code reviews.
- Perform exploratory testing to identify complex defects.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with Playwright or Cypress for UI testing.
- Experience testing REST APIs and backend services.
- Understanding of test design principles and maintainable automation patterns.
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with AWS cloud services.
- Strong debugging and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in agile software development teams.
