Responsibilities
- Design and build reliable, high-performance web applications using Python and Django.

- Own projects end-to-end, from technical design to implementation and iteration.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and engineering standards across the team.
- Balance speed and quality while optimizing for long-term maintainability.
Requirements
- Strong track record of building and maintaining production web applications.
