Responsibilities
- Design and ship production agent workflows for permit intake triage, document QA, compliance comments, and code lookup in LiteTable
- Deploy and operate agents on Bedrock AgentCore using Runtime, Gateway, Memory, Identity, Observability, and built-in tools as appropriate
- Build task-level, end-to-end, and regression evaluation suites measuring success rate, cost, latency, and human-handoff rate
- Connect agents to building-code knowledge using RAG and evaluate vector-store options such as S3 Vectors and Pinecone
- Collaborate with Product and Design on agent-first reviewer experiences with citations, diffs, and remediation suggestions
- Build fault-tolerant flows with retries, rollbacks, compensation, observability dashboards, and on-call runbooks
- Create internal agent libraries and templates, mentor engineers, and review designs with architects and code officials
- Help define GreenLite’s long-term data strategy, labeling approach, and reusable patterns for future agents
Requirements
- 7–12+ years of experience shipping high-reliability backend or ML systems
- Deep experience with LangGraph and Strands Agents, including graph orchestration, state, recovery, structured reasoning, and tool use
- Experience integrating MCP clients and servers
- Proficiency with Python or TypeScript, AWS, containers, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and secure integration patterns
- Hands-on experience with retrieval-augmented generation, document stores, or vector databases
- Experience designing realistic, auditable evaluation testbeds and acceptance tests from real user flows
- Knowledge of policy-driven guardrails, grounding checks, topic or word filters, auditability, and human-in-the-loop controls
- Comfort working with building codes, architectural plan sets, messy PDFs or CAD files, and plan-review workflows
- Nice-to-have familiarity with Bedrock AgentCore Runtime, Memory, Gateway, Identity, Observability, Browser, and Code-Interpreter
- Nice-to-have experience with CrewAI, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, Apryse or similar PDF tooling, geospatial data, or AEC/reg-tech
