Responsibilities
- Design and ship production agents for various workflows.
- Operationalize agents on Bedrock AgentCore for secure hosting.
- Establish evaluation and safety harness for agent performance.
- Collaborate with Data to integrate building-code knowledge.
- Work with Product/Design to enhance user experience in LiteTable.
- Build fault-tolerant flows and observability dashboards.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- 7–12+ years of experience in high-reliability backend or ML systems.
- Proficiency in Python/TypeScript and cloud infrastructure (AWS).
- Experience with LangGraph and Strands Agents frameworks.
- Hands-on knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation and document stores.
- Ability to design realistic, auditable testbeds for agent evaluation.
- Curiosity for building codes and plan review workflows.
- Familiarity with Bedrock AgentCore components is a plus.
