Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and deploying basic machine learning models under senior engineer supervision.
- Perform data preprocessing, cleaning, transformation, and feature engineering tasks.
- Support model training, testing, validation, and evaluation activities.
- Document and report model performance and results.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and data scientists to understand project requirements and meet milestones.
- Participate in code reviews and help maintain code quality.
- Learn and apply new machine learning techniques and tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Three to four years of ML Engineering experience.
- Understanding of machine learning algorithms and data structures.
- Experience with SQL, NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or Keras.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively and follow technical guidance.
- Preferred experience with Matplotlib, Seaborn, Git, AWS, Azure, R, Python, or Java.
- Participation in machine learning competitions or projects and willingness to pursue further certifications or education are preferred.
