Responsibilities
- Advise public- and private-sector clients on AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics solutions.
- Translate complex AI technologies and their business impact into actionable advice for non-technical stakeholders.
- Design and conduct data science experiments to evaluate models, hypotheses, and algorithms.
- Design and implement AI solutions tailored to client-specific needs.
- Prepare scripts or prototypes and apply software development, AI engineering, MLOps, or LLMOps practices.
- Act as a liaison between specialized technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Build relationships with client personnel and internal teams at appropriate levels.
- Lead and promote growth among junior team members.
- Translate vague stakeholder requirements into actionable work items.
- Manage project timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables.
Requirements
- Professional experience with AI technologies, including natural language processing, natural language understanding, large language models, or generative AI.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, AI, or another relevant field is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the effective use of statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms.
- Knowledge of programming principles and software development best practices.
- Knowledge of AI engineering, MLOps, and/or LLMOps concepts such as model versioning, monitoring, continuous training, and deployment automation.
- Ability to evaluate AI solutions from a systemic perspective spanning data, technology, and algorithms.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and business-acumen skills.
- Ability to work with ambiguous requirements and convert them into actionable items.
- Experience managing projects, timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables.
- Python proficiency and familiarity with AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, Streamlit, NumPy, or SciPy are advantageous.
- Familiarity with Kedro, Kubeflow, Azure ML, LangChain, LangGraph, Azure Foundry, ZenML, or similar tools is advantageous.
- Familiarity with building AI solutions using Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP is advantageous.
