Responsibilities
- Work with MLOps engineers to deliver deployment solutions that allow data scientists to deploy ML models to production.
- Monitor and improve the Vinted Feature Store to support 240k feature-read RPS while meeting SLOs.
- Deploy and maintain self-hosted Langfuse for LLM evaluation and observability, including upgrades, automation, and security hardening.
- Lead reliability work including SLOs, alerting, runbooks, postmortems, and toil reduction.
- Build observability and operational tooling for model deployment and ML Platform services.
- Help integrate deployment workflows with automated experimentation such as A/B and shadow testing.
- Communicate with stakeholders about incidents, planned changes, risks, and reliability trade-offs.
- Participate in on-call for critical ML Platform services.
Requirements
- Working experience with programming or scripting; Go is a plus, while other languages are welcome.
- Solid understanding of Linux operating systems.
- Experience with parts of the listed technology stack or similar tools and platforms.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Curiosity, motivation to grow, and willingness to deepen expertise in the relevant concepts and technologies.
- Experience with GPUs and ML/LLM platforms such as Vertex AI, feature stores, or model deployment is advantageous.
