Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and maintain custom software components and applications.
- Develop Unix shell scripts to automate system tasks and streamline workflows.
- Debug and troubleshoot shell scripts in complex environments.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical and project decisions.
- Act as a subject matter expert and help manage team execution.
- Lead process improvements that enhance productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Unix Shell Scripting.
- Proficiency in Unix Shell Scripting and strong scripting skills.
- Experience debugging and troubleshooting shell scripts in complex environments.
- Ability to write efficient, maintainable, and reusable code using best practices.
- Familiarity integrating shell scripts with other programming languages and tools.
- Understanding of system administration concepts supporting software deployment and maintenance.
- 15 years of full-time education.
