Responsibilities
- Lead engineering teams to deliver applications and services.
- Apply architecture and delivery methodologies across relevant architectural domains.
- Solve technical problems with clients and contribute to internal projects.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Participate in technical interviews, client-centric case studies, and continuous improvement activities.
Requirements
- Hands-on software engineering background with experience leading engineering teams.
- Practical understanding and application of architecture and delivery methodologies.
- Specialism in at least one of Business, Data, Application, Technology, or Security architecture.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder-collaboration skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development; methodology and cloud certifications are advantageous.
- Experience with leading cloud and technology vendors including AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Oracle, IBM, and Salesforce is welcomed.
- Some UK roles require UK security clearance, baseline personnel security checks, and at least five years of continuous UK residency.
