Responsibilities
- Create and assure key architecture artefacts, including Key Design Decisions, Technical Options Papers, and High Level Designs.
- Collaborate with engineering teams as a lead subject matter expert to define technical vision and architectural guardrails.
- Support senior leaders in shaping cases for change, including cost estimation and detailed planning.
- Work according to agile best practices with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Use technical expertise to solve client problems and contribute to internal projects.
Requirements
- Hands-on software engineering background with experience leading engineering teams to deliver applications and services.
- Clear understanding and practical application of architecture and delivery methodologies.
- Confidence operating across business, data, application, technology, and security architecture, with specialization in at least one domain.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, collaboration, and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
- Certifications in relevant methodologies and cloud technologies are advantageous.
- Experience across leading vendors such as Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Oracle, IBM, and Salesforce is welcomed.
