Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, and development of enterprise Appian applications.
- Ensure solutions are secure, maintainable, and aligned with Appian best practices.
- Contribute throughout the delivery lifecycle, including technical design and deployment.
- Collaborate with architects, product managers, and engineering teams to shape technical solutions.
- Lead technical discussions with clients and provide guidance on solution design.
- Mentor junior developers and elevate engineering quality across teams.
- Participate in Agile delivery ceremonies and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain delivery quality through technical reviews and performance optimization.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale Appian solutions.
- Strong experience developing Appian applications using various Appian components.
- Understanding of relational databases, SQL, and enterprise data structures.
- Experience designing and implementing integrations using REST and SOAP.
- Ability to identify performance bottlenecks and maintain production stability.
- Experience with Appian's security model and managing deployments.
- Strong understanding of Appian development best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with business stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning.
