Responsibilities
- Develop, extend, and maintain software quality assurance test plans, methodologies, and automation libraries.
- Write production-ready automated UI and non-UI tests.
- Qualify critical software and supporting frameworks throughout all stages of development.
- Proactively triage, investigate, and debug difficult technical and UX problems.
- Collaborate closely with development teams, management, designers, medical experts, and other Apple organizations.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Swift, Objective-C, or a similar architected programming language.
- Strong object-oriented programming and software design skills.
- At least 2 years of experience in automated software quality assurance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work independently, solve problems creatively, and collaborate in a cross-functional environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Xcode, Xcode Cloud, and XCTest/XCUITest is preferred.
- Previous work with regulated medical devices is preferred.
