Responsibilities
- Support production systems and operations.
- Design systems and processes and support their implementation.
- Provide user training and track system issues.
- Learn MES and manufacturing production processes.
- Design control systems to minimize and resolve production issues and project costs.
- Customize MES tools to business needs.
- Develop production and design standards.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in industrial engineering or an IT-related field.
- 0–3 years of relevant experience.
- Desired experience with C# or Delphi.
- Preferred experience with at least one coding language and databases.
- Knowledge of applicable tools and techniques.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to a fast-paced environment and tight schedules, and learn processes, procedures, and software quickly.
- Proficiency with Office 365, including Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Project, and PowerPoint.
