Responsibilities
- Independently support SAP implementation, conversion, development, enhancement, and support projects.
- Create high-level and detailed designs and develop technical and integration solutions.
- Work with clients to understand business needs, processes, and integration requirements.
- Lead technical and technology workshops and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Write technical specifications and test plans for development teams.
- Provide end-user training, project delivery support, escalation management, and expert support across engagements.
- Manage projects and timelines and contribute to innovation and transformation initiatives.
- Coordinate with SAP and third-party partners.
Requirements
- Mandatory experience with SAP, ABAP, and HANA.
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Ability to provide technical expertise in SAP workstreams and solve complex technical problems.
- Experience with client discussions, integration requirements, technical design, development, testing, and project delivery.
- Ability to provide functional leadership, delegate and coordinate work, and adapt across projects.
