Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders to support project delivery.
- Perform maintenance and configuration activities for Kronos modules, including accruals and timekeeping.
- Configure Pro WFM business structures, labor categories, tiles, display profiles, data views, CRT tables, and integrations.
- Support functional testing, integration testing, UAT, test automation, and manual testing for the UKG platform.
- Assist customers with testing, solution understanding, and system handover.
- Develop custom reports and support SQL reporting and Dell Boomi integrations.
- Mentor junior team members and manage assigned tasks through completion.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience is required, including 5 to 7 years in the Pro WFM domain.
- At least 3 years of experience with Pro WFM is required.
- Strong Kronos functional expertise in timekeeping, accruals, and basic scheduling.
- Knowledge of business structure setup, labor category setup, tiles setup, and display profiles setup in Pro WFM.
- Practical experience with Dell Boomi; candidates with Boomi experience are preferred over candidates with only WIM experience.
- Experience supporting testing and customer handover activities.
- SQL reporting and Dell Boomi certification are advantageous.
- Knowledge of data views setup, BIRT custom reporting, and CRT tables and integrations is advantageous.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and independent-working skills.
