Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to CRIMS technical implementations across Front, Middle, and Back Office workflows.
- Analyze, validate, and translate business and technical requirements into effective CRIMS solutions.
- Design, configure, and develop application components aligned with functional and non-functional requirements.
- Perform end-to-end system, integration, and regression testing across workflows.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues across application, data, and integration layers.
- Ensure solutions are stable, scalable, production-ready, and aligned with engineering and client standards.
- Partner with clients and internal stakeholders on go-live readiness and transition to client ownership.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members as required.
- Follow SDLC, documentation, and quality practices to support delivery excellence.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of relevant industry experience, with the posting also describing a 12–18 year experience range.
- Experience delivering complex Front, Middle, or Back Office investment-management system implementations.
- Strong capital-markets knowledge, including equity and fixed-income instruments, investment or wealth-management workflows, derivatives, and foreign exchange.
- Hands-on experience with application development and configuration, system integration, data processing, reporting and analytics, and cloud-based implementations.
- Technical expertise in C#, Core Java, advanced SQL Server querying and performance tuning, batch jobs, ETL, reporting, and data reconciliation.
- Experience with Azure and/or AWS; Snowflake experience is a strong plus.
- Experience with FIX and SWIFT interfaces and market or reference-data integrations such as Bloomberg and MSCI.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical discipline.
- Strong foundation in software development, object-oriented programming, data structures, databases, financial systems, and distributed architecture.
- Azure or AWS cloud certifications, relevant technical or financial certifications, and CFA are additional preferred qualifications.
