Responsibilities
- Contribute to technical implementations across Front, Middle, and Back Office workflows under established designs and guidance.
- Analyze and translate business and technical requirements into CRIMS configurations and application components.
- Configure and develop application components using established designs and standards.
- Support functional, integration, and regression testing activities.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues with support from senior team members.
- Ensure configurations and deliverables meet quality, stability, and operational standards.
- Participate in go-live readiness and provide implementation support after deployment.
- Follow CRD SDLC, documentation standards, and delivery best practices.
- Collaborate with senior consultants, project managers, global delivery teams, and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10–12 years of relevant professional experience in financial technology or enterprise software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
- Working proficiency in C# and Core Java.
- Working knowledge of SQL Server, including querying, joins, and basic performance analysis.
- Hands-on exposure to application configuration or development, system integration and data processing, reporting or analytics support, or capital markets and investment management platforms.
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming, databases and SQL concepts, and enterprise application fundamentals.
- Experience contributing to investment management or capital markets system implementations.
- Exposure to batch jobs, ETL basics, data validation, and reconciliation support.
- Exposure to reporting tools such as SSRS and ETL or data processing tools such as Pentaho or Talend.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS and familiarity with cloud-based deployments.
- Awareness of industry interfaces such as FIX and SWIFT.
- Exposure to market and reference data providers such as Bloomberg or MSCI is a plus.
- Exposure to financial systems, data integration, or distributed systems is desirable.
- Relevant Azure or AWS fundamentals, technical or financial certifications, and progress toward CFA are advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, attention to detail, and quality orientation.
