Responsibilities
- Provide tools and services that support daily product development, cloud integration, build systems, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Set up and maintain development tools such as Jenkins, Artifactory, and GitHub.
- Develop internal self-service tools and platforms for Nexthink developers.
- Own technical work from requirements and design through implementation, validation, and deployment.
- Collaborate with Product Engineering, Security, and Architecture teams to identify needs and drive platform adoption.
- Document solutions and organize workshops and training for development teams.
- Detect, diagnose, and resolve deployment incidents in development and production environments while meeting service levels.
Requirements
- A university degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Platform Engineer, or Site Reliability Engineer.
- Experience developing automated CI/CD pipelines and defining guidelines for CI/CD tools.
- Experience building internal development platforms and platform-as-a-service solutions.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Linux systems, container technologies, cloud platforms, infrastructure as code, and monitoring solutions.
- Experience with programming languages such as Go, Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, and/or Bash.
- Ability to operate and manage production systems, solve issues effectively, and work with an agile iterative/incremental mindset.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork, organization, and English-language skills.
