Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Identify gaps and create strategies for implementing AI across marketing workflows.
- Architect and build an AI-first go-to-market engine for customer engagement.
- Utilize AI for complex data analytics and funnel performance reporting.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to apply AI in campaign planning and audience targeting.
- Integrate new AI tools into existing CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and select tools for the GTM technology stack.
- Develop playbooks for marketing teams on using AI tools.
- Support AI-driven experimentation and creative testing.
- Train marketing teams on AI capabilities and best practices.
- Monitor and report on the impact of AI initiatives on marketing efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, data analytics, or automation engineering.
- At least 1 year of experience building production-grade AI systems.
- Hands-on experience with large language models and prompt design.
- Ability to design and build complex operational systems for marketing or sales.
- Experience with marketing technology platforms like CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Experience implementing AI tools and improving marketing workflows through automation.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and evaluate marketing initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills for team collaboration and tool adoption.
- Comfort in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
