Responsibilities
- Map workflows and define success metrics for automation.
- Build infrastructure for reliable AI agents and tools.
- Integrate AI solutions across various systems used by BetterUp.
- Set standards for safe and effective agent access to sensitive data.
- Create reusable skills and tools for company-wide use.
- Review and enhance other builders' integrations to improve overall quality.
Requirements
- 7+ years of engineering experience with a proven track record.
- Ability to translate non-technical workflows into effective AI solutions.
- Strong bias for action and commitment to quality.
- Experience with full-lifecycle ownership of projects.
- Comfort with ambiguous problems and a proactive approach to finding solutions.
