Responsibilities
- Build Python services that process and transform structured and unstructured finance data.
- Design and develop end-to-end RAG pipelines with document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, vector search, retrieval tuning, and grounding.
- Build AI agents and workflows using LangChain and LangGraph.
- Integrate LLMs with APIs, databases, and enterprise finance platforms.
- Evaluate LLM responses for quality, relevance, accuracy, and hallucination reduction.
- Optimize production AI systems for latency, reliability, scalability, and cost.
- Implement security, privacy, and access-control practices in regulated environments.
- Collaborate with product owners, data engineers, and stakeholders to deliver enterprise AI solutions.
- Mentor engineers and guide technical implementation decisions.
- Independently drive end-to-end AI product features and solutions.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of professional experience, including 4+ years of production-grade Python development with OOP, data structures, and error handling.
- Experience with LLM engineering using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models.
- Experience with LangChain and LangGraph for agentic AI workflows and tool orchestration.
- Experience developing RAG systems, including embeddings, vector databases, retrieval tuning, and grounding.
- Experience with FastAPI or Flask REST API development and integrations.
- Experience with Pandas and structured/unstructured data processing for AI applications.
- Experience with SQL and relational database querying in enterprise environments.
- Experience with Git, unit testing, code reviews, and software engineering best practices.
- BE/BTech/ME/MTech in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, architecture evaluation, and technical trade-off explanation skills.
- Preferred experience with Databricks, Mosaic AI, Vector Search, Unity Catalog, MLflow, Spark/PySpark, financial services or accounting domains, Oracle Cloud, Oracle Fusion, LangSmith, RAGAS, DeepEval, AI observability, AWS, Azure, GCP, or Docker.
