Responsibilities

  • Develop reference enterprise architectures and transformation plans using SAP best practices and references.
  • Provide architecture guidance using RISE with SAP methodology and Clean Core principles.
  • Identify customer innovation use cases involving AI, BDC, CAIA, and CIS.
  • Apply the ITC/BTM toolchain to improve transformation efficiency.
  • Advise customer management on architecture and transformation activities.
  • Identify and mitigate technical adoption risks.
  • Align customers and partners with SAP’s Clean Core strategy and accelerate BTP adoption.
  • Guide enterprise business transformation by aligning stakeholder priorities with system architectures and roadmaps.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, informatics, or comparable education.
  • 9–11+ years of practical experience in a multinational environment advising management and working as an enterprise architect or transformation advisor.
  • Proven experience delivering enterprise business transformation and aligning stakeholder priorities with system architectures and roadmaps.
  • Experience delivering at least one full end-to-end SAP implementation from process design through post-go-live, ideally including support and optimization.
  • Technical and/or application-functional knowledge and experience with S/4HANA and SAP S/4HANA.
  • Professional training or certification such as the SAP Enterprise Architecture Framework featuring LeanIX EAM, SAP Certified Professional-Enterprise Architect, or TOGAF is preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of SAP’s strategy, product portfolio, and business impact.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Strong customer focus, relationship-building ability, communication skills, strategic thinking, adaptability, and business acumen.
  • Excellent English and German language skills.
