Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Financial Services Cloud implementations.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to client stakeholders, including executive leadership.
- Facilitate discovery workshops to understand business objectives and operational challenges.
- Develop scalable solution designs and implementation roadmaps aligned with best practices.
- Architect solutions supporting client onboarding, financial accounts, and engagement strategies.
- Define enterprise data architecture and compliance controls across Salesforce platforms.
- Lead data migration strategy and planning efforts from legacy systems.
- Provide architectural oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution alignment and delivery excellence.
- Drive adoption of Salesforce platform capabilities and support pre-sales activities.
- Mentor consultants and promote architectural standards across the Salesforce Practice.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, or related field.
- 7+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
- 3+ years in a Solution Architect or equivalent leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Financial Services Cloud and financial services business processes.
- Strong understanding of Financial Services Cloud data architecture.
- Experience designing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions with complex data migrations.
- Experience in banking, insurance, lending, or wealth management sectors.
- Strong understanding of security, compliance, and regulatory considerations.
- Proven experience developing enterprise data models and integration frameworks.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
