Responsibilities
- Design and scale post-training infrastructure for multimodal LLMs, including instruction tuning, RLHF, and automated evaluation frameworks.
- Architect and optimize real-time multimodal LLM inference engines for XR hardware with attention to output quality and battery efficiency.
- Lead large-scale computer vision and multimodal data pipelines for spatial and environmental understanding.
- Partner with Product and UX teams to define intelligence primitives for spatial applications.
- Establish model safety and alignment standards for responsible XR AI deployment.
- Lead engineering teams through the full execution cycle of AI products and contribute to AI technology go-to-market strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of software engineering experience focused on large-scale machine learning systems or computing.
- Experience driving go-to-market strategy for AI-driven technologies.
- Experience leading engineering teams through the full execution cycle of AI products.
- Preferred experience with high-performance inference engines and custom AI accelerators.
- Advanced knowledge of computer vision pipelines, 3D perception, and integration with large-scale language models.
- Specialized expertise in large-scale post-training workflows, including RLHF and fine-tuning at scale.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills applied to real-time spatial computing.
