Responsibilities
- Build and maintain .NET Core backend services and REST APIs, including controllers, middleware, dependency injection, authentication, and API versioning.
- Build and maintain React front-end components with state management, responsive design, and integration with .NET Core APIs.
- Maintain MS SQL Server schemas, stored procedures, views, queries, indexes, and data models, including performance tuning.
- Lead technical design for complex features by defining API contracts, data models, and front-end component architecture.
- Integrate applications with internal enterprise systems and third-party APIs while managing authentication, data transformation, and errors.
- Conduct code reviews, identify technical debt, and improve engineering standards and patterns.
- Perform application design, development, testing, deployment, production support, documentation, and debugging across the full application portfolio.
- Participate in Agile delivery and CI/CD practices using Azure DevOps.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of full-stack web development experience with hands-on .NET Core and React delivery.
- Strong proficiency with ASP.NET Core API development, including routing, dependency injection, middleware, model validation, JWT/OAuth2 authentication, and API versioning.
- Strong React experience with modern JavaScript, state management, hooks, responsive design, and API integration.
- Hands-on MS SQL Server experience with T-SQL, stored procedures, views, indexes, schema design, and query performance tuning.
- Experience designing, versioning, and consuming APIs and integrating enterprise and third-party services using authentication mechanisms such as JWT, OAuth2, and API keys.
- Ability to lead feature design, conduct meaningful code reviews, and drive engineering best practices.
- Familiarity with Git branching strategies, Azure DevOps or similar tools, and sprint-based delivery.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with .NET 6/7/8 features, SignalR, background services, gRPC, Azure App Service, Azure SQL, Azure Service Bus, Azure Key Vault, SSMS, unit and integration testing, React testing, microservices, API gateways, and Azure DevOps pipelines.
- Experience working in international, cross-time-zone Agile delivery teams is preferred.
