Responsibilities
- Develop and support JPMorgan applications and vendor systems for cash equities and listed derivatives.
- Integrate AI solutions to automate workflows and enhance trading and post-trading processes.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions and test plans.
- Collaborate with broker-dealer stakeholders, proprietary desks, support teams, technology partners, audit teams, and vendors.
- Participate in design reviews and ensure robust deliveries.
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, critical dates, risks, and dependencies, escalating and mitigating issues proactively.
- Provide L3 business analysis and support for broker-dealer operations.
Requirements
- Strong technical background in Java and Spring.
- Experience with AI development and other relevant technologies.
- Knowledge of FIX trading protocols and equity market products.
- Experience with trade lifecycles and translating business requirements into value-added solutions.
- English language fluency.
- Either 5+ years of relevant work experience or 2+ years of experience in financial markets.
- Knowledge of INOA systems is a plus.
