Base Salary
$154k - $236k/yr
Responsibilities
- Operationalize, administer, and maintain the Tanium Platform to solve complex technical issues.
- Identify opportunities for customers to derive greater value from the Tanium platform.
- Address customer needs through effective verbal and written communication.
- Assign tier 3 support cases to Technical Support Engineers.
- Conduct daily health-checks on assigned accounts.
- Document best practices and contribute to activity tracking and reporting.
- Work with Customer Success Managers to improve operational status.
- Provide technical direction to customer IT support staff.
- Travel up to 25% of the time for customer engagements.
Requirements
- BA/BS or equivalent experience required.
- 8+ years of industry experience with strong technical skills in networking, security, operations, scripting, or programming.
- Experience in Endpoint Security, Support/Troubleshooting, Incident Response, or Systems Management.
- Familiarity with GitHub for code merging and branching.
- Experience managing enterprise customers and leading teams.
- Ability to master new concepts and technologies, particularly the Tanium platform.
- Experience integrating cloud-based services with on-premise solutions.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in enterprise-level troubleshooting.
- Experience with API-based commercial software integration.
- Demonstrated good judgment and independent work capability.
- Excellent communication skills with emotional intelligence.
- Strong influencing and leadership skills.
