Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own the software stack for pathology and histology operations.
- Build systems for tracking tissue specimens through the histology workflow.
- Develop a high-performance whole-slide image viewer for billion-pixel images.
- Create annotation and analysis tools for scientists.
- Implement ML annotation pipelines for large tissue datasets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Strong full-stack engineering skills, preferably in Ruby on Rails and React/TypeScript.
- Experience building software that is used by real people.
- Ability to communicate with users and translate their needs into software solutions.
- Ownership mentality to fix issues when software breaks.
- Comfortable with ambiguity in a novel manufacturing environment.
