Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure full-stack applications.
- Integrate Generative AI capabilities, agents, APIs, and services into modern applications and development workflows.
- Implement AI-driven features that improve user experiences and automate business processes.
- Develop and deploy Generative AI agents for automation and improved user interaction.
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, architects, and engineers in multidisciplinary delivery teams.
- Participate in requirements analysis, production deployment, support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Potentially lead small development teams, mentor colleagues, and contribute to solution design and technical decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in software or full-stack development.
- Hands-on experience using AI and Generative AI tools in application development.
- Experience designing and deploying Generative AI agents or AI-powered features.
- Strong experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Solid backend and API development experience with Python, .NET Core, or Node.js.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including technologies such as SQL Server and Cosmos DB.
- Understanding of containers and container orchestration.
- Experience with Azure or another major cloud platform.
- Understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and DevOps practices.
- Fluency in German and English is mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and technical explanation skills.
- Preferred: experience leading or mentoring development teams; familiarity with Azure OpenAI, Copilot, AI orchestration frameworks, or agent frameworks; experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native architectures; and consulting or customer-facing project delivery experience.
