Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex software issues across multiple components of critical business systems.
- Provide application support and act as a software detective for recurring and high-impact issues.
- Guide team members, share technical expertise, and contribute to team decisions.
- Design and implement improvements to enhance system reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and multiple teams to align support efforts with business priorities.
- Analyze recurring incidents and develop preventive strategies to reduce future issues.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Java full stack development.
- Associate degree.
- Preferred: advanced proficiency in Apache Kafka.
- Preferred: advanced proficiency in Angular, application remediation engineering support, and microservices architecture.
