Responsibilities
- Identify and solve issues across multiple components of critical business systems.
- Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Gather and analyze requirements with cross-functional teams for application development.
- Implement software development practices that improve application performance and reliability.
- Test and debug applications to deliver high-quality software.
- Drive shared-service strategy and performance culture.
- Contribute to automation, causal analysis, and shared or common solutions.
- Collaborate across multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions for team-wide problems.
- Mentor junior developers and share technical knowledge.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Core Java.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Associate degree or greater.
- Preferred experience with React.js, PL/SQL, Spring Boot, Apache Kafka, Java development, and software development.
- Knowledge of relational databases, Git, Eclipse, XML, JSON, APIs, and microservice implementations at scale.
- Familiarity with Eclipse IDE, WebLogic Application Server, or JBoss.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to contribute to automation, causal analysis, shared solutions, and team leadership.
