Base Salary
$207k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop complex AI applications and transition prototypes into production-grade agentic workflows, including multi-agent systems and MCP servers.
- Architect and code integrations between Google AI products and customer infrastructure, including APIs, legacy data silos, and security perimeters.
- Build high-performance evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks for agentic-system accuracy, safety, and latency.
- Identify reusable field patterns and AI-stack friction points and translate them into reusable modules or product feature requests.
- Co-build with customer engineering teams to establish development best practices and support long-term adoption.
- Lead technical discovery sessions with executive stakeholders and engineering teams to define AI and hardware infrastructure requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience building and shipping production-grade AI-driven solutions to external or internal customers using Python, TypeScript, or comparable languages.
- Experience building scalable structured and unstructured data pipelines using vector databases and RAG-like architectures.
- Experience architecting scalable AI systems on cloud platforms.
- Experience leading technical discovery with C-suite stakeholders and engineering teams.
- Preferred: master’s degree or PhD in AI, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Preferred: experience with multi-agent systems, LangGraph, CrewAI, Google’s ADK, ReAct, self-reflection, and hierarchical delegation.
- Preferred: experience with integrated systems, real-time inference constraints, and model quantization for resource-constrained environments.
- Preferred: proficiency with Vertex AI Pipelines, Kubeflow, or MLflow for CI/CD/CT automation and experimentation.
- Preferred: knowledge of LLM-native metrics, state-management optimization, granular tracing, BigQuery, and Vertex AI.
- Experience or willingness to work with secure public-sector environments and TS/SCI clearances is relevant to the team.

- US base pay is listed as $207000-$300000, plus a 20% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
