Base Salary
$210k - $234k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the Software Test infrastructure team.
- Collaborate with engineering management to identify testing infrastructure needs.
- Define metrics for test health and develop automated reporting techniques.
- Integrate client feedback to improve testing tools and procedures.
- Expand Hardware-in-the-Loop testing capabilities with Hardware Engineering.
- Work with the Simulation team to integrate simulation tools into testing.
- Assist management in improving team estimation and planning.
- Define success metrics to align team goals with company objectives.
- Mentor engineers in the Test and Simulation teams.
Requirements
- Proven ability to deliver comprehensive testing procedures and infrastructure.
- Experience designing infrastructure for end-to-end integration tests.
- B.S. or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience as a software engineer.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Familiarity with electronics test equipment.
- Experience with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with Linux systems administration and Docker.
- Willingness to work in novel technical domains.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
