Base Salary
$214k - $310k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define the architecture and roadmap for product quality foundations, test automation, and AI-agent evaluation frameworks.
- Lead validation strategies for AI agents, complex security operations center workflows, tenant isolation, audit logs, and system behavior.
- Build AI-based automation solutions and identify gaps in testing methods to improve quality, coverage, and efficiency.
- Establish benchmarking, performance testing, regression, contract testing, compliance validation, and behavioral regression frameworks.
- Lead proof-of-concepts, define success criteria, and embed quality earlier in the development lifecycle.
- Mentor engineers, review technical designs, and guide teams through complex quality and automation challenges.
- Partner with Engineering, Product, Security, Compliance, and Quality teams to drive reliable enterprise-scale validation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of experience in software development, quality engineering, or test automation.
- At least 5 years of experience architecting large-scale test automation platforms or quality engineering ecosystems.
- At least 5 years of software development experience with Python and Playwright.
- At least 5 years of experience designing scalable, maintainable, and high-performance test infrastructure.
- At least 1 year of experience using AI-assisted tools or AI agents to build and scale test automation.
- Preferred experience with AI/ML testing, LLM APIs, prompt engineering, agentic workflows, LLM-as-judge evaluation, Claude, Codex, and JMeter.
- Strong technical leadership, collaboration, mentoring, and ability to turn ambiguous quality challenges into technical strategy.
