Base Salary
$158k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead software quality engineering and test automation for Zscaler’s distributed security cloud.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of Zscaler cloud technologies, particularly Datapath, and use AI frameworks for test-driven development.
- Generate, execute, and automate AI-assisted test plans and validate bug fixes.
- Collaborate with developers and product management to understand and provide input on new features.
- Support phased software rollouts, feature enablement, alert handling, and capacity planning.
- Monitor, diagnose, and resolve complex failures across distributed networks and conduct performance benchmarking and chaos testing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in network testing and automation.
- Experience testing cloud, security, and Datapath technologies.
- Familiarity with AWS or GCP, observability tools, and operational automation.
- Demonstrated curiosity about AI tools and a history of integrating new technologies into workflows.
- Preferred experience with AI-assisted testing, automation, and validation frameworks.
- Preferred experience with Zero Trust Architecture or related security domains.
- Preferred experience supporting high-scale cloud operations.
