Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end-to-end Generative AI pipelines, including LLM integrations, RAG systems, autonomous agents, and prompt-engineering frameworks.
- Develop scalable, production-ready Python services and APIs for AI-driven features.
- Evaluate, integrate, and fine-tune LLMs and embedding models for financial use cases.
- Build and maintain ML/GenAI deployment pipelines with reliability, observability, governance, and MLOps practices.
- Design multi-agent orchestration frameworks for complex operational workflows.
- Design and optimize data pipelines supporting AI systems, embedding workflows, vector search, and enterprise data platforms.
- Partner with AI Risk and Compliance teams on regulatory, responsible AI, and data privacy requirements.
- Mentor junior developers, lead code reviews, and contribute to GenAI standards and best practices.
- Translate operational stakeholder requirements into technical AI solutions and communicate trade-offs and timelines.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, including at least 2 years focused on Generative AI or LLM application development.
- Expert-level Python proficiency, including asynchronous programming, API development, and software design patterns.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Google Cloud AI Platform, RAG architectures, embedding pipelines, and vector search.
- Experience integrating LLM APIs and services such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.
- Understanding of prompt engineering, few-shot learning, chain-of-thought techniques, model evaluation, fine-tuning, and inference optimization.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and managed AI/ML services.
- Proficiency with SQL, NoSQL databases, and vector databases.
- Experience with containerization, version control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
- Bachelor's degree or university degree, or equivalent experience; a master's degree in computer science, AI/ML, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Preferred experience includes banking, fintech, or regulated industries; multi-agent frameworks; MLflow or Weights & Biases; responsible AI; Kafka, Spark, or Airflow; and Agile/SAFe delivery.
