Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement robust Salesforce solutions using current platform features.
- Transform business requirements into scalable applications across multiple clouds.
- Contribute to technical strategy and application architecture decisions.
- Optimize existing systems for performance, maintainability, and user experience.
- Design and develop reusable custom solutions that follow coding standards and best practices.
- Create and maintain system integrations using APIs and Platform Events.
- Implement automation for complex business processes.
- Conduct peer code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues across production and sandbox environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Five years of experience in the position offered, as a Software Developer, or in a related technical occupation.
- Five years of experience with Salesforce data modeling, security controls, and sharing architecture.
- Five years of experience with Git, SFDX, Salesforce governor limits, performance optimization, data integration, analytics, Einstein features, CI/CD, automated testing, and release management.
- Five years of experience implementing Shield Platform Encryption and developing Apex triggers, batch jobs, queueable jobs, and asynchronous processing.
- Five years of experience using SOQL and SOSL, Salesforce REST and SOAP APIs, Lightning Web Components, Apex unit testing, test data factories, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture.
