Base Salary
$114k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own quality for voice-first and cross-surface experiences across Echo devices, Fire TV, Tablet, applications, and server-driven implementations.
- Design and implement intelligent test automation and AI/LLM-based evaluation systems.
- Lead validation across device, application, and server-side experiences while balancing child experience, legal constraints, and platform capabilities.
- Create reusable testing frameworks and self-service tooling for development teams.
- Establish quality standards, SLAs, unit test coverage goals, and quality metrics across the Kids engineering organization.
- Conduct root cause analysis and influence technical direction for quality engineering practices.
Requirements
- 4+ years of quality assurance engineering experience.
- Experience with manual testing and automation testing.
- Experience serving as a QA lead on medium to large-sized projects.
- Preferred experience with an automated test framework such as Selenium or Appium.
- Preferred experience gathering test requirements, creating detailed test plans, and defining product quality metrics.
