Responsibilities
- Act as the technical lead for strategic platform customers, ideating and building applications on the API.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify and qualify a backlog of GenAI applications.
- Accelerate customer time to value by building prototypes and providing strategic guidance.
- Manage relationships with customer leadership to ensure successful application deployment.
- Contribute to open-source resources for developers and enterprises.
- Share knowledge and best practices to scale the Solutions Architect function.
- Provide feedback to Product and Research teams based on customer interactions.
Requirements
- 6+ years of technical consulting experience bridging technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills to translate complex topics for diverse audiences.
- Experience leading implementations of Generative AI or traditional ML solutions.
- Knowledge of network/cloud architecture and programming languages like Python or Javascript.
- Ability to own problems end-to-end and learn quickly.
- A humble attitude with a desire to support team success.
- Capacity to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
