Responsibilities
- Own the technical success of GSI partners through onboarding, enablement, and scaled delivery of Devin and Windsurf.
- Work with partner engineering and architecture teams to understand delivery models, tooling, and customer use cases.
- Enable partners to build repeatable solutions, accelerators, and reference architectures using Devin and Windsurf.
- Lead hands-on technical trainings, workshops, and deep dives for partner teams.
- Support partner-led customer pilots and early production deployments, addressing the most complex issues.
- Serve as a technical escalation point for complex integrations, security reviews, CI/CD environments, and enterprise workflows.
- Build relationships with technical leaders at GSI partners, including delivery heads, principal engineers, and solution architects.
- Capture field learnings and partner feedback to influence product roadmap, packaging, and partner readiness.
- Identify partner capability gaps and coordinate with internal teams to address them.
Requirements
- A degree in a STEM field and a strong engineering foundation from a rigorous technical environment.
- Demonstrated exceptional performance in academic, professional, or entrepreneurial pursuits.
- Experience working with or alongside large engineering teams, preferably in enterprise or services environments.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build credibility with senior partner leaders, architects, and executives.
- Willingness to travel 25–50%, including frequent travel to India and partner/customer sites.
- Advanced proficiency in at least one modern programming language, such as Python or TypeScript, is advantageous.
- Experience writing, debugging, and deploying production systems is advantageous.
- Experience with SI/GSI delivery models, enterprise software deployments, or large-scale developer platforms is advantageous.
- Ability to enable others, learn quickly in complex environments, operate beyond formal responsibilities, and manage broad technical and non-technical problems is advantageous.
