Responsibilities
- Provide consultative business and system integration services to help clients implement effective solutions.
- Translate customer needs and business requirements into technology and application solutions.
- Design and implement business process workflows within CRM platforms.
- Lead coordination of integration activities across systems and business processes.
- Analyze complex requirements and develop scalable, maintainable integration solutions.
- Collaborate with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions across teams.
- Act as a subject matter expert, manage team delivery, and make team decisions.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Veeva CRM.
- Proficiency in Veeva CRM is required.
- Strong understanding of system integration principles and best practices.
- Experience designing and implementing business process workflows within CRM platforms.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and validation techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills focused on scalable and maintainable integration solutions.
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education is required.
