Responsibilities
- Drive technical solutions for complex AI workloads from technical evaluation through successful customer adoption.
- Develop and prototype functional, customer-tailored solutions that secure stakeholder buy-in.
- Provide technical consultation and act as a trusted advisor to customers.
- Contribute reusable solutions and assets based on customer engagement learnings.
- Document, prioritize, and drive resolution of customer feature requests and issues with product and engineering teams.
- Travel to customer sites, conferences, and related events as required and represent Google Cloud publicly.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience working for ITES clients.
- Experience engaging with and presenting to technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
- Preferred experience developing financial services or telecommunications agents with LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or Google AI Agent Development Kit.
- Preferred experience with SaaS applications, iPaaS, business automation solutions, cloud infrastructure, agentic AI, and cloud networking.
- Preferred knowledge of OpenAPI and Model Context Protocol integration patterns for connecting AI agents with business systems and API gateways.
- Preferred knowledge of distributed tracing, logging, and audit logging for AI applications.
