Responsibilities
- Deliver Elastic solutions and expertise to drive customer business value.
- Facilitate strategy, roadmap, design, and sizing workshops with clients.
- Manage project objectives, requirements gathering, and timelines.
- Engage with engineering and product teams to identify improvements.
- Mentor team members and contribute to their skill development.
Requirements
- Active Elastic Certified Engineer certification is mandatory.
- Minimum of 7 years as a Consulting Architect or senior IT leadership experience.
- Strong history of delivering professional services in complex environments.
- Proven experience in deploying Elastic solutions in Enterprise Security.
- Hands-on experience with Elastic Security solutions or similar tools.
- Deep understanding of distributed architecture and cloud platforms.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel to client sites up to 60% of the time.
