Responsibilities
- Deliver Elastic solutions and expertise to drive customer business value.
- Facilitate strategy, roadmap, design, and sizing workshops with clients.
- Manage project objectives, requirements gathering, and timelines.
- Develop proof-of-concepts to showcase the value of the Elastic Stack.
- Collaborate with engineering and product management to identify improvements.
- Mentor team members while continuously learning to enhance skills.
Requirements
- Active Elastic Certified Engineer certification is mandatory.
- Minimum of 7+ years in a senior IT functional role or as a Consulting Architect.
- Strong history of delivering professional services in complex environments.
- Proven experience in deploying Enterprise Search solutions.
- Experience in solving complex technical search problems.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Deep understanding of distributed architecture and systems.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel to client sites up to 60% of the time.
- BS or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
