Responsibilities
- Deliver Elastic solutions and expertise to drive customer business value.
- Facilitate strategy, roadmap, design, and sizing workshops with clients.
- Manage project objectives, requirements gathering, and timelines.
- Develop proof-of-concepts to showcase the value of the Elastic Stack.
- Collaborate with engineering, product management, and support teams.
- Mentor team members and contribute to their skill development.
Requirements
- Active Elastic Observability Engineer certification is required.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Consulting Architect or in senior IT leadership.
- Strong history of delivering professional services in complex enterprise environments.
- Proven experience in deploying enterprise observability solutions at scale.
- Hands-on experience with major public/private cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
