Responsibilities
- Own the design and evolution of packaged and SaaS solutions.
- Configure and customize SaaS applications to meet business requirements.
- Manage integrations, releases, system stability, and performance.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with multiple teams on key decisions.
- Lead application-environment process improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues.
- Manage team activities and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of overall experience.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- Strong knowledge of configuring and customizing SaaS applications.
- Experience with APIs and integration tools.
- Ability to use low-code platforms for application development and modification.
- Familiarity with release management and system stability during updates.
- 15 years of full-time education.
