Responsibilities
- Own and deliver end-to-end testing strategies and plans for digital asset initiatives.
- Lead and coordinate SIT, UAT, regression, performance, and integration testing across multiple workstreams.
- Design detailed test scenarios and test cases to ensure comprehensive coverage.
- Manage defect lifecycle activities, including prioritization, triage, tracking, and resolution.
- Ensure solutions are production-ready, meeting business expectations and regulatory obligations.
- Provide testing governance and status reporting to stakeholders.
- Continuously enhance testing frameworks, processes, and tools.
Requirements
- At least 5+ years experience in software testing within financial services or regulated environments.
- Strong track record leading SIT and UAT phases for complex, multi-system implementations.
- Solid understanding of testing methodologies, QA governance, and defect management practices.
- Ability to produce clear, structured test documentation and executive-level updates.
- Knowledge or hands-on experience with digital assets, DLT/blockchain platforms, or digital wallets is an advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Mandarin/Cantonese is preferred.
