Responsibilities
- Build frontend applications and products collaboratively for business units across 10 countries.
- Design, document, construct, and deploy effective frontend architectures and applications.
- Contribute to frontend architecture with a focus on reuse across business units through inner-source practices.
- Develop features and improve frontend processes and applications.
- Educate squad members and technical leads through training and individual support.
- Provide knowledge transfer, documentation, READMEs, and Contribution Guidelines so local teams can maintain and extend delivered products.
- Establish an end-to-end frontend vision across the organization.
Requirements
- Experience building high-quality software and collaborating with UX designers and engineers.
- Up-to-date knowledge of modern JavaScript and TypeScript frontend engineering, with React preferred.
- Experience working with Agile Scrum teams and taking responsibility for feature development or projects.
- Experience with Git; Azure DevOps experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience with pipelines, package management, unit testing, and integration testing.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and Visual Studio for CI/CD.
- Written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- Experience designing flexible components and delivering technical documentation.
