Responsibilities
- Design system architectures and develop complex software components against functional and non-functional requirements.
- Build responsive, scalable frontend applications and reliable backend integrations using high-quality engineering practices.
- Manage testing, resolve issues, and optimize client-side and system performance and scalability.
- Plan and manage complex web application and multi-system deployments without disrupting client operations.
- Lead projects, influence team direction and prioritization, and contribute to strategic technology decisions.
- Mentor junior team members, provide technical guidance, and promote knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with UI/UX, product, production, management, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Participate in recruitment interviews and provide timely, actionable feedback to colleagues.
Requirements
- Experience designing and developing advanced web applications and software systems.
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming, frontend state management, algorithms, and data structures.
- Programming experience across multiple languages, including React or another component-oriented JavaScript framework and backend languages.
- React or another component-oriented JavaScript framework and TypeScript experience are required.
- Experience with responsive web design, software architecture, design patterns, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure automation and client-side rendering.
- Experience with task automation, operational improvements, performance optimization, and complex deployments.
- C# .NET, RDBMS/SQL, and Amazon Web Services experience are preferred.
- University or FP degree in Software Engineering.
- Professional proficiency in English.
